Ottakringer Brewery
Of course, the organizers of the 1st Vienna Sewage Day also thought about the physical well-being of the guests. In order to leave nothing to chance here either, not just anyone was commissioned...no, the Ottakringer brewery was allowed to carry out this task.
The Ottakringer brewery employs around 180 people, brews 420,000 hectoliters of beer a year and achieved a turnover of around 60 million euros in 2021. But Ottakringer doesn't just produce beer. People don't want to do without Ottakringer at events and functions.

To ensure that the 1st Vienna Sewage Day is also a complete success in terms of ambience, we have enlisted the support of a professional.
The Grabner family has been passionate about palm trees since 1998. Over time, the variety of palms and exotic plants has grown. The show garden is freely accessible at all times so that you can be inspired by the large selection.
The Palmentraum company is energy self-sufficient and produces 100% sustainable eco-energy! The thermal energy used comes from wood chips and the electricity from a photovoltaic system. Palmentraum feeds around 40,000 kwH (equivalent to around eight average households) of green electricity into the grid every year.

We also went to great lengths to select the wines and were able to win over Weingut Schiefer for this.
The estate has 22 hectares of vineyards, most of which are planted with red wine varieties: mainly Blaufränkisch and some Pinot Noir and Merlot. The white, region-specific grape varieties are Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner and Pinot Blanc.
Wines with practiced origin: courageous, unadorned and with an almost dogmatic purism: pure slate!
